Sistersville Center is a 68-bed skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term and respite care.  We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances. We also offer a memory support unit for residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia. Our staff is dedicated to serving the medical and rehabilitation needs of individuals recovering from illness or injury. Sistersville Center is an AHCA Bronze Quality Award Winner, We Honor Veterans community partner and is VA contracted!
